Insurance Company Network Search Resources

Use the insurance company network provider searches or call the company to verify if a provider is in network and participates in your plan.

If you have a PPO or PFFS and a provider is out of network, confirm their office will accept the plan at out of network rates.

**Physician assistants (PA) and nurse practitioners (NP) may be filed under the physicians with an MD or DO. Call their office to see which MD or DO to use if they don’t have their own provider number.

    Quote systems are notorious for having erroneous provider search results which is why we use the insurance company for Advantage Plan network verificaiton.

    If you have Original Medicare, you do not have a network and Medicare.gov would be the appropriate place to search providers accepting Original Medicare A+B.
